★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queridos, boa noite, o caso é o seguinte: ou vocês me dao uma atualização do proceder do meu pedido hoje ainda, ou no mais tardar amanhã pela manhã, ou terei de requerer não só meu dinheiro de volta, mas como também meu direito como consumidor, devido ao tempo de espera e a falta de comprometimento e atenção de vocês para com os clientes, então caso vocês não queiram que isso se torne algo judicial, sugiro que vocês resolvam ou ao menos tentem resolver meu problema, porque desde 14 de fevereiro, QUALQUER desculpa já não faz mais sentido, sem contar que ja recebi outras encomendas da China, cujo também estavam presas nos aeroportos, então vocês ja deviam ou ter conseguido enviar também ou ter me atualizado, conforme prometido pela Flávia no último e-mail enviado por vocês há mais de meses. Paciência tem limites.

Dear, good night, the case is this: either you give me an update to make my order today yet, or at the latest tomorrow morning, or do I have to apply not only my money back, but as well as my right as consumer due to the waiting time and the lack of commitment and attention from you to customers, so if you do not want this to become something judicial, I suggest you solve or at least try to solve my problem, because since February 14 ANY excuse no longer makes sense, not to mention already received other orders from China, which were also arrested at the airport, then you already should either have been able to also send or have me up to date, as promised by Flavia last sent email for you for more than months. Patience has limits.
