Sua localização é um ponto contra. Fica um pouco afastado, em uma área com muito vegetação, tipo um sítio, o que favorece o aparecimento de insetos e mosquitos. Porém se seu intuito é uma lugar para festejar, ou desfrutar, sem se preocupar com reclamações de vizinhos, este o lugar recomendado.
 Pleasant environment with good infrastructure. It has a swimming pool, barbecue and dance area, a good place for celebrations.
