As vendedoras são excelentes, muito prestativas e simpáticas, mas ao chegar no caixa, existe uma barganha de parcelamento. Existe valor de parcela mínima no clube Melissa? Existe parcelamento máximo no Club Melissa? Toda loja tem, exceto no clube melissa. Me Senti envergonhada ao chegar no caixa e um parcelamento ter que ser negociado, dar a sensação de que o forma de parcelamento vai pela cara do cliente e não por padrão da loja.
Enfatizo que o atendimento das meninas é excelente, mas o pós venda, é péssimo.
I went to club melissa twice in the month that february. I made two relatively expensive purchases, however, the after-sales service is terrible. The salesgirls are excellent, very helpful and friendly, but when you arrive at the cashier, there is a bargain for installments. Is there a minimum installment value at Melissa club? Is there a maximum installment at Club Melissa? Every store has it, except for Melissa's club. I felt embarrassed when I arrived at the cashier and an installment had to be negotiated, giving the feeling that the installment method is going to be paid by the customer and not by the store's default.
I emphasize that the service provided by the girls is excellent, but the after-sales service is terrible.
