Worst care of my life! I arrived and asked if there were other colors of a sandal, the girl barely spoke the ones they had and demonstrated that she would not see for me. It only diminishes my desire to buy in physical store! I love the brand, but what a horrible employee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro atendimento muito bom porém hoje a noite dia 12/03 em um dia após a compra a presenteada foi trocar por um número maior e me surpreendi com o atendimento que além de cobrar a mais pela troca do mesmo produto e da mesma cor, ainda expôs a pessoa que recebeu o presente. Perdeu o cliente efetivamente!
Very good first service but tonight 03/12 on a day after the purchase the gift was exchanged for a larger number and I was surprised with the service that in addition to charging more for the exchange of the same product and the same color, still exposed the person who received the gift. You lost the customer effectively!
