Meu gestor me comunicou sobre o meu desligamento argumentando que eu usei uma palavra grosseira no telefone contra um cliente. Pedi para q ele mostrasse a gravação porem ele nao tinha nada a mostrar.
Falam sobre os bons índices de atendimento ao cliente mas nao acreditam na reputação ilibada dos próprios funcionarios.
Se passam de humanizados no linkedin mas não tem plano de carreira, feedbacks e nem treinamento prático.
O que a empresa tem a oferecer é carreira curta, alto turnover de funcionários, demissao sem justa causa e gestor sem capacidade para liderar pessoas.
Essa empresa é um lugar horrível para trabalhar e eu nao a recomendaria para nenhuma pessoas que eu confio.
Sinto desprezo e ojeriza.
I was laid off with only three weeks of work.
My manager informed me of my termination arguing that I used a rude word on the phone against a customer. I asked him to show the recording but he had nothing to show.
They talk about good customer service rates but don't believe in the unblemished reputation of the employees themselves.
They are humanized on linkedin but have no career plan, feedback and no practical training.
What the company has to offer is a short career, high employee turnover, unfair dismissal and a manager with no ability to lead people.
This company is a horrible place to work and I would not recommend it to anyone I trust.
I feel contempt and hate.
