Pessoa desonestas e sem educação. Arrumam e depois de uns dias apos pagar não funciona mais.
Se são corretos porque ainda não mandaram a nota fiscal da peça nova, tinha o nome e o cpf no cheque que foi pago. Cade a minha peça trocada? Se a peça era nova porque tem um selo grudado que mostra não ser nova- constatado por tecnicos e pelo procon o mesmo.
Dishonest people. They did a job - they used used parts - they refuse to give an invoice - they disappeared with the original parts -
Dishonest and uneducated person. They tidy up and after a few days after paying it doesn't work anymore.
If they are correct because they have not yet sent the invoice for the new part, it had the name and the cpf on the check that was paid. Where's my part changed? If the piece was new because it has a seal attached that shows that it is not new - found by technicians and by the procon the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já precisamos 2 vezes do serviço e fomos muito bem atendidos, vieram no mesmo dia e deu tudo certo. Enquanto outros ignoram ou até mesmo "enfiam a faca" por ser serviço em residência eles são: prestativos, justos e profissionais. Recomendo!
We already need the service 2 times and we were very well attended, they came on the same day and everything went well. While others ignore or even "stick the knife" for being service in residence, they are: helpful, fair and professional. I recommend!
