Deixei uma máquina para conserto e só após 10 dias que deram uma resposta, isso pq liguei para saber.
Trocaram uma ponta de arraste e cobraram uma montagem que após montarem a função furadeira/martelete não funcionou, levei na garantia e após 10 dias a-retirei por terem corrigido o problema.
Deixei um martelete skil e após 20 dias ainda não tinham dado um retorno então a-retirei também.
É uma empresa sem compromisso para com o cliente, não a recomendo a ninguém.
Péssimos funcionários... péssimo atendimento... péssima prestação de serviços.
Só dei uma estrela porque o sistema de avaliação não aceita nenhuma.
Não indico; empresa dessa qualidade não deveria existir.

I left a machine for repair and it was only after 10 days that they gave an answer, that I called to find out.
They exchanged a drag point and charged an assembly that after assembling the drill / hammer function did not work, I took it under warranty and after 10 days I removed it for correcting the problem.
I left a skil hammer and after 20 days they still hadn't returned so I took it out too.
It is a company with no commitment to the customer, I do not recommend it to anyone.
Lousy employees ... lousy service ... lousy service provision.
I only gave it one star because the rating system doesn't accept any.
I do not indicate; such a company should not exist.
