★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 14 anos de Comércio Exterior posso falar com propriedade que é a PIOR agência marítima que existe. Cobram um absurdo de demurrage, taxas abusivas e indevidas, além de agirem de má fé enviando ao importador cobranças que já estão quitadas e mesmo com os comprovantes de pagamento em dia não dão baixa no sistema, não devolvem os valores de depósito em garantia.
Falar no telefone é impossível, os emails são enviados a grupos que ninguém responde, se tiver qualquer outra opção, faça-a porque fechar com a CMA é dor de cabeça na certa.
In 14 years of Foreign Trade I can speak with property that is the WORST shipping agency that exists. They charge absurd demurrage, abusive and undue fees, in addition to acting in bad faith by sending the importer collections that are already settled and even with the payment receipts on time they do not cancel the system, they do not return the deposit values in guarantee.
Talking on the phone is impossible, emails are sent to groups that no one answers, if you have any other option, do it because closing with the CMA is a headache for sure.
