★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquem por gentileza um telefone que tenha funcionamento para fazer atendimento ao público, pois o telefone existente não está funcionando de forma alguma, para quem mora longe mas deseja marcar uma consulta é dificultoso dirigir-se até às instalações do consultório, dependendo das condições de saúde em que se encontram ! Revejam por gentileza a questão do telefone, das marcações de consulta e das consultas em si no geral, de tudo.

Uma falta de respeito com os pacientes, não indico para ninguém.
Sem falar na falta de educação das recepcionista, ninguém sabe de nada, e má vontade está estampada na cara.
Imagino se as consultas fosse de graça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica oferece um atendimento de imediato , os pacientes não têm que marcar consultas e os que chegam do interior são atendidos no mesmo dia . Se vc tem um problema de saúde urgente vai ser atendido no mesmo dia .Como são muitos pacientes , pode demorar o atendimento e tem as prioridades que são obrigatórias por lei . Quanto ao horário, pede-se para chegar mais cedo para organizar e fazer as fichas dos pacientes. Só tem que colocar cartão de crédito. Outras clínicas podem oferecer atendimento depois de três a quatro meses para um médico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica cheguei com meu pai para fazer um exame particular pq ele não tem convênio,achei um descaso disseram que começaria o atendimento às 9:30 e são exatamente 11:00 e nada a médica Dra Andréa valência só chega atrasada e ainda me indicaram que aqui seria o melhor não sou dessa cidade mas fico imaginando qual seria o pior pq se esse é o melhor fora o atendimento que é péssimo pela recepção.
