★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente. O serviço público possui vários problemas , principalmente administrativos, mas o staff deste posto faz a diferença. Aqui temos serviço de vacinação, saúde da família e etc. Um dos poucos lugares onde encontramos médicos que ainda fazem risco cirúrgico, o que representa esperança para quem depende do serviço público para cirurgias como a de catarata por exemplo. O espaço conta ainda com aparelhos para ginástica para a melhor idade, banheiros limpos e uma estrutura de estacionamento do lado de fora. Também é fácil chegar através do transporte público.
 Great. The public service has several problems, mainly administrative, but the staff at this post makes the difference. Awful. Wonderful service from the nursing team, but the pharmacy staff think they own the place and make fun of the patients, they take a long time to attend and are extremely rude.

Tenho duas pontuações negativas: Não há um meio de contato via telefone,pois o telefone informado no site não funciona.
Outra coisa foi o não cumprimento do horário da abertura da sala de imunização. O horário estipulado é 8h,mas hoje abriu às 8:25h.
O atendimento foi rápido e a técnica bem gentil!

A unica sugestão que deixaria é deixar quem fará o teste mais afastado ainda, porque o risco de quem testar negativo pegar ali é alto devido a proximidade. Mas tirando isso, experiência show. Vacinação contra covid ágil tambem, com pfizer e astrazeneca. Valeu SUS! E obrigado aos funcionários que me atenderam mesmo no feriado com muita simpatia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começando pela falta de informação , sou nova no bairro e estou procurando atendimento ambulatorial para minha saúde de diabetes hipertensão , tenho ansiedade e depressão . Mas não consegui pois no momento do acolhimento não me falaram que eu preciso de meu histórico .nem lá onde eu não posso mais ser atendido . Pra completar a doutora está pra ser aposentar eles não tem agenda nem médico de plantão . Agora eu não posso ser mais atendida onde eu era e estou a espera de um grande talvez de uma consulta ainda esse ano pra fazer meu acompanhamento . A farmácia daqui é uma piada enquanto as pessoas ficam horas na fila , as atendentes ficam no ar condicionado sem a mínima noção dos tumulto que rola lá fora . Não sei se é o sistema os a morosidade de a mesma pessoa verificar a receita e pegar a medicação . Mas é muito difícil viu . Torçam por mim que o negócio tá brabo . Segunda quase apanhei na fila . Pois ninguém quer ficar na fila e chegar lá não ter medicação .
