O coach integral sistêmico, foi algo que hoje entendo, Deus me proporcionou. Estava caminhando num caminho contrário ao qual almejava, porém sem me dar conta disto, me autossabotava, me punia, não mudava minha situação e quase tudo isso inconscientemente. Entretanto, mudei o rumo da minha vida, notei que é possível sim, sair da depressão, dos ciclos viciosos, e realizar meus sonhos e metas.
Com o coach notei que o único responsável pela minha história sou eu, então não posso e não preciso aceitar viver menos do que isso. Mudei minhas crenças a meu respeito, crenças de merecimento e amor.
Aprendi e vivo a realidade de que todas as áreas da minha vida precisam e podem funcionar em conformidade com meus sonhos.
Minha vida sentimental mudou, saí da crença de inferioridade, dos sentimentos que me punham depressivo, saí da ansiedade. Minha vida espiritual está outra coisa, minha comunicação com Deus e com as pessoas, melhoraram. Meus conhecimentos e práticas para a vida financeira que tenho e terei, me fizeram enxergar muito longe, sei que melhoraram e chegarão onde desejo.

An excellent professional.
The systemic integral coach, was something that I understand today, God provided me. I was walking on the opposite path to which I wanted to, but without realizing it, I was self-sabotaging, I was punished, I didn't change my situation and almost all of this unconsciously. However, I changed the course of my life, I noticed that it is possible, yes, to get out of depression, vicious cycles, and achieve my dreams and goals.
With the coach I noticed that the only one responsible for my story is me, so I can't and don't need to accept living less than that. I changed my beliefs about myself, beliefs of worthiness and love.
I learned and live the reality that all areas of my life need and can function in accordance with my dreams.
My sentimental life changed, I left the belief of inferiority, the feelings that made me depressed, I left the anxiety. My spiritual life is something else, my communication with God and with people has improved. My knowledge and practices for the financial life that I have and will have, made me look far ahead, I know they have improved and will reach where I want.
Anyway, I thank Coach Lenira Lemos, always so helpful and firm. His posture towards me is very clear, firm, secure and empathetic. No wealth on earth can compare to what I learned and still learn. Grateful!!!

Passando por aqui pra registrar meu aprendizado no processo de Coaching Integral Sistêmico (CIS) no qual vc foi minha Coach.
Quando comecei a primeira sessão, falei pra você que queria mudar a minha comunicação, meu modo de falar, pois muitas vezes falava palavras de maldição (Mesmo sem querer amaldiçoar) e não me dava conta do "estrago" que causava na vida do outro. Pois bem, você entendeu perfeitamente o meu desejo de melhorar e agiu com maestria. Apenas com 5 sessões, e, a partir das orientações, comecei a colocá-las em prática e em pouco tempo, já eram notórios os resultados positivos em minha comunicação.
Foram muitos os ganhos que tive e que estão me fazendo trilhar com mais autoconfiança e firmeza nos meus projetos.

Stopping here to register my learning in the Systemic Integral Coaching (CIS) process in which you were my Coach.
When I started the first session, I told you that I wanted to change my communication, my way of speaking, as I often spoke curse words (Even without wanting to curse) and I was not aware of the "damage" I was causing in the other's life. Well, you understood perfectly my desire to improve and acted with mastery. With only 5 sessions, and based on the guidelines, I started to put them into practice and in a short time, the positive results in my communication were already evident.
There were many gains I had and they are making me walk with more self-confidence and firmness in my projects.
