Encomendei 8 grades de ferro, demoraram 2 meses para concluir o serviço e as grades simplesmente soltaram as soldas nos primeiros meses de uso. Demorei 1 mês para concluir o pagamento de propósito, e a dona me ligava diariamente, várias vezes, e me mandava muita mensagens cobrando, mas qdo a questionava sobre o péssimo serviço ela não sabia argumentar. Enfim, a serralheria já foi boa no passado, hoje não recomendaria nem a meu inimigo.
Poor customer service, poor quality and service. I ordered 8 iron grids, took 2 months to complete the service and the grids simply released the welds in the first few months of use. It took me 1 month to complete the payment on purpose, and the lady called me daily, several times, and sent me a lot of messages charging, but when I questioned her about the poor service she could not argue. Anyway, the locksmith shop has been good in the past, today I would not recommend even my enemy.

Adquiri um material com ele, paguei o serviço adiantado, quase 4 mil reais, já se passaram quase 30 dias, o serviço não havia sido feito, só foram na minha obra porque liguei e ainda assim não fizeram aquilo que foi pago.
Estou há 7 dias tentando contato com a Sra Luciana (um pessoa mal educada e sem ética nenhuma, ela nunca esta presente na loja e sempre se esquiva de suas responsabildades.
Evitem o desgaste, NÃO COMPREM nessa LOJAAAA... péssimo serviço em todos os quesitos
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE !!!
I purchased a material with him, paid the service in advance, almost 4 thousand reais, almost 30 days have passed, the service had not been done, it was only in my work because I called and still did not do what was paid.
I have been trying to contact Ms. Luciana for 7 days (a rude and unethical person, she is never present in the store and always shies away from her responsibilities.
Avoid wear and tear, DON'T BUY in this STORE ... awful service in all aspects
