★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem meia boca, trocaram os pneus da minha bicicleta achando que eu não perceberia, colocaram rodas enferrujadas e pneus gastos, bastava lubrificar o câmbio e nem isso fizeram direito, quando reclamei das peças eles disseram que não, que as peças eram essas, como se eu não conhecesse a minha própria bike que tenho faz anos, a mesma coisa do serviço, disseram que era assim mesmo que pra melhorar só trocando o câmbio. Péssimo.
Well half-assed, they changed the tires on my bicycle thinking I wouldn't notice, they put rusty wheels and worn tires, it was enough to lubricate the gearbox and even that didn't do it right, when I complained about the parts they said no, that the parts were these, as if I didn’t know my own bike that I’ve had for years, the same thing as the service, they said it was just like that to improve just by changing the gear. Terrible.

Very helpful the store owner. Me and my boyfriend had a great service when we asked from installing on our bike a basket we buy on the internet.

Pior experiência que tive com concerto, alem de ficar com minha bicicleta lá por mais de 10 dias, o tal cobrão o "proprietário" usou peças velhas, não revisou o que tinha para revisar. Cobrou caro e adintado e entregou o serviço pior do que quando chegou. Além de tudo não da garantia e não emite nota fiscal. NÃO RECOMENTO, DE FORMA ALGUMA!
Terrible!!! Worst experience I had with concert, in addition to staying with my bike there for more than 10 days, the such charge the "owner" used old parts, did not review what had to review. It cost expensive and stolen and delivered the service worse than when it arrived. In addition everything does not guarantee and does not issue invoice. DO NOT RECOMMEND, IN ANY WAY!
