 Excellent service, polite and attentive staff, even when my son goes there to keep asking the games they respond with all patience. Variety and good prices, always step by the store to see what's new.

Ficaram 35 dias com meu aparelho para dizerem que não tinha conserto.. sendo que ja tinha feito orçamento antes co outro técnico e disse que dava reparo sim, só levei pois queria uma segunda opinião/preço.. mas já estou procurando meus direitos no PROCON se ñ resolverem vou mais além.. uma total falta de respeito com o cliente.. ñ recomendo a ninguém essa loja..
Lousy service, both in person and by phone and msg .. They spent 35 days with my device to say that it had not been fixed .. since I had already made a budget before with another technician and said that I did repair, I only took it because I wanted a second opinion / price ... but I'm already looking for my rights in PROCON if they don't resolve it, I'll go further ... a total lack of respect with the customer ... I don't recommend this store to anyone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da compra o pessoal te atende bem, porém como visto nos comentários abaixo OS PRODUTOS SEMPRE TEM PROBLEMAS, e o pessoal que te vendeu, pouco se importa.
Comprei um ps4 mais controle e jogos, o 2⁰ controle veio com defeito, por causa da pandemia (a loja que fica no shopping não pode atender presencialmente) quando voltou a poder abrir o pessoal me informou que o prazo de garantia já havia passado e não poderia fazer NADA.
Por isso clássifico a empresa com essa nota baixa, pelo pouco interesse em ajudar e manter o cliente pós compra.
Tive que mandar arrumar o controle e tive um prejuízo de cerca de R$ 200,00.

I bought a ps4 plus controller and games, the 2nd controller came defective, because of the pandemic (the store in the mall cannot attend in person) when I could open it again, the staff informed me that the warranty period had already passed and it did not could do ANYTHING.
That's why I classify the company with this low score, for the little interest in helping and keeping the customer after purchase.
I had to have the control fixed and I had a loss of about R$ 200.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo para manutenção, pedi para fazer a limpeza e troca de pasta térmica, recebi o vídeo game depois de quase um mês e ainda sim quando cheguei em casa e fui ver como estava, estava super sujo, nem parecia que tinha sido feita a limpeza, todo sujo e cheio de poeira, limpeza não se faz só na parte interna é em tudo! Fiz a reclamação, levei o vídeo game para ser feita a limpeza novamente e mesmo assim quando peguei o vídeo game novamente ainda estava sujo, um pouco menos sujo em comparação com antes... E não era nenhuma sujeira de outro mundo, tanto que cheguei em casa e acabei de tirar a sujeira com uma escovinha!! Não recomendo o serviço para ninguém!!
Terrible place for maintenance, I asked to do the cleaning and change the thermal paste, I received the video game after almost a month and yet when I got home and went to see how it was, it was super dirty, it didn't even look like the cleaning had been done , all dirty and full of dust, cleaning is not only done on the inside, it's on everything! I made the complaint, took the video game to be cleaned again and even then when I took the video game again it was still dirty, a little less dirty compared to before... And it wasn't any other world dirt, so much so that I arrived at home and I just removed the dirt with a brush!! I do not recommend the service to anyone!!
