★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doutor Gilberto é um excelente médico, já passo com ele há 2 anos , porém atendimento das recepcionistas péssimo, mal educadas e grossas, falam mal dos pacientes sem saber que estão sendo ouvidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato com a Dra Lilian há anos e sinceramente só continuo indo lá por conta da simpatia e capacidade profissional dessa médica, porque se fosse pelo local, não voltaria.... As secretárias são extremamente mal educadas, até hoje não fui bem recepcionada por NENHUMA!! (e olha que são anos frequentando). Respeito e educação são fundamentais em qualquer lugar, especialmente ali, onde as pessoas vão com dor, buscando uma ajuda. Chegar nesse local e ser tratada com o descaso e o mal humor das recepcionistas é terrível. O proprietário deveria SIM rever isso e dar um treinamento para suas funcionárias. Um pouco de humanidade não faz mal a ninguém. E também poderia modernizar o sistema, facilitaria muito.
*O rapaz do raio x também é muito simpatico e cuidadoso com os pacientes.
I have been dealing with Dr. Lilian for years and honestly I just keep going there because of the doctor's sympathy and professional capacity, because if I went to the place, I would not go back .... The secretaries are extremely rude, I have not been well received until today !! (and look what years are attending). Respect and education are paramount everywhere, especially where people go in pain, seeking help. Arriving at this place and being treated with the carelessness and ill humor of the receptionists is terrible. The owner should YES review this and train their staff. A little humanity doesn't hurt anyone. And it could also modernize the system, make it much easier.
* The x-ray guy is also very friendly and careful with the patients.

Fui marcar uma consulta para minha mãe que sofre de hérnia de disco pelo Doctoralia com Dr. Paulo Rogerio Zanutto Salles que tem ótima nota no site, mas desanimei ligando pra perguntar o valor da consulta. Pela manhã me deixaram na famosa espera com musiquinhas e pediram pra ligar depois. Minha mãe ligou depois e a atendente Eloisa foi bem grossa. Pelos comentários anteriores parecem que os médicos são coniventes com tais atitudes das atendentes. Menos um cliente, menos uma indicação, parabéns a clínica!
I’m going to give ONE because I can’t give ZERO. I went to make an appointment for my mother who suffers from herniated disc at Doctoralia with Dr. Paulo Rogerio Zanutto Salles who has a great score on the website, but I got discouraged by calling to ask for the consultation fee. In the morning they left me in the famous waiting with music and asked to call later. My mother called later and the attendant Eloisa was very thick. From previous comments it seems that doctors are complicit with such attitudes of the attendants. Less a client, less an indication, congratulations to the clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento!! Recepcionistas mal educadas, despreparadas e sem vontade nenhuma de ajudar! Minha filha tem Unimed Nacional , que pode ser usada em qualquer cidade do país, e elas simplesmente se recusaram a passar a carteirinha, nem se preocuparam em ligar no 0800. Minha filha perdeu consulta por falta de atendimento adequado!
Terrible attendance!! Poorly educated receptionists, unprepared and unwilling to help! My daughter has Unimed Nacional, which can be used in any city in the country, and they simply refused to give their card, nor even bother to call the 0800 number. My daughter missed an appointment due to lack of proper care!
