★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível!!! Funcionários mal humorados e telefone não funciona, mesmo sendo convênio não é possível conseguir contatos para saber qual médico está atendendo, ainda não sei como ainda está funcionando uma clínica dessa que não respeitam seus clientes.
Horrible service!!! Employees are grumpy and the phone doesn't work, even though it's an agreement, it's not possible to get contacts to find out which doctor is working, I still don't know how a clinic like this is still working that doesn't respect its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Clínica Ortopédica e Cirúrgica de Ilhéus- COCI, foi inaugurada em 1992. Anos depois, recebeu o pomposo nome de "Hospital das Clínicas do Malhado", Isso depois de passar por algumas metamorfoses. E não é considerado o melhor de Ilhéus. Muito longe disso!!! Atende a população pelo SUS, por planos de saúde e também de forma particular, mediante pagamento em espécie, o famoso "dinheiro vivo". E, como ocorre em todo o Brasi, o atendimento pelo SUS é muito precário, com longas filas que se formam desde a madrugada. E tem mais: aos sábados, domingos e feriados, a COCI mantém sua porta principal trancada. Porém, segue atendendo qualquer pessoa, bastando chamar o atendente.
The Orthopedic and Surgical Clinic of Ilhéus-COCI, was inaugurated in 1992. Years later, it received the pompous name of "Hospital das Clínicas do Malhado", This after going through some metamorphoses. And it's not considered the best in Ilhéus. Far from it!!! It serves the population through SUS, through health plans and also in a private way, through payment in kind, the famous "cash". And, as in all of Brazil, the service provided by the SUS is very precarious, with long lines that form since dawn. And there's more: on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, COCI keeps its main door locked. However, it continues to serve anyone, just call the attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrivel. Péssimo atendimento. Telefone não atende. Convenio, particular e SUS todos desrespeitados. Funcionários mal humorados, nos tratam como se tivéssemos pedindo esmola. As instalações estão sucateadas: sanitarios da enfermaria com vasamento, assento do vaso sanitario lascado... Enfim, quem tem convenio e particular so faz procedimento na COCI pq os médicos so fazem lá. Muito triste, mais triste ainda não ter pra quem reclamar
Horrible experience. Terrible attendance. Phone does not answer. Convention, private and SUS all disrespected. Grumpy staff, treat us as if we were begging. The facilities are scrapped: toilets in the infirmary with leaks, chipped toilet seat... Anyway, those who have an agreement and private only undergo procedures at COCI because doctors only do it there. Very sad, even sadder not having anyone to complain to
