★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved that place. Awesome breakfast. Directly at the water. There is only if you say something late check in. Try to communicate via Whatsapp. Put that number in your booking. Taxi from Itarema costs 20BRL. They organize one for you. Better rent a small car at the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay in Ilha do Guajirù :) You can start kiting right in front of the Pousada at the beautiful lagoon beach, it has a relaxed vibe, lovely chillout area with hammocks, nice people, great vegetarian and vegan food, very friendly and helpful Hostal Owner (Angela) and staff. Nice and clean rooms (the one's upstairs with beachview out of the bed)! I'm extending my stay here, because I like it so much :)

Thank you very much for turning our stay at your place into such a great time. Holidays in ilha do Guajiru are great for kitesurfing. But if you book at CocoKnots, the whole package becomes Perfect.
1.) Everyday started with one of the best breakfasts we ever had. With a huge diversity of fruits, smoothies, and all kind of things i cant even name:), it is perfect for everyone, including vegans and vegetarians.
2.) The location is Perfect for kitesurfing (locks, launching area, Electric Pump, DIRECTLY located at the lagoon, constant Wind)
P.S: After a long kitesession you can even get a professionel kitemassage for a very fair price!
3.) Our hostess Angela was really friendly. She helped us with all our problems (missing luggage, informations ....) and was always there for us when we had questions.
4.) The rooms and the whole Hostel are in a great condition. Nothing is missing and you have great chillout Places everywhere from which you can watch the lagoon.
5) For a very fair Price you can even get delicious lunch and Dinner which was always really healthy and gave us great Energy for exhausting kite sessions;). Like the breakfast it suits for everyone and can be vegetarian and vegan as well.
There were many more things which turned our stay into a great time, but it is simply impossible to name them all. Thanks to the whole team,especially Angela.
We definitely come back again.Hang loose :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cosy accommodation directly at the beach of the lagoon which is perfect for kitesurfing.
Stayed in one of the dorms (with very comfy beds) with a group of friends but there are also double rooms and the prices are reasonable.
Only place in the region where you get great vegan or vegetarian food! Highly recommend this place.

Coco-Knots Kite Lodge is the choice if you want the whole package! It’s a beautiful Lodge run by lovely Angela with a great restaurant, really nice rooms and the perfect spot for kitesurfing.
+ PERFECT LOCATION:
The lodge is right next to the kite lagoon and provides an own launching and cleaning area for your kites.
The garden is really nice and offers a big chill out area.
+ COMFORTABLE ROOMS:
Cosy rooms with enough space and beautiful view to the lagoon. Rooms are very clean and provide hot water in the shower
+ RESTAURANT:
Couldn’t imagine a better start into the day: The breakfast is huge and offers a lot of self made, healthy and fresh food. The team also offers delicious lunch and simply amazing dinner to refuel after kiting. Also perfect for vegetarians and vegans!
There’s a new bar in the garden in front of the lagoon where you can chill in the evening and have some nice drinks.
+ STAFF:
Angela and her team are really lovely and helpful with everything. She helped us with missed luggage, organized a downwinder and was always there for us.
All in all my absolute favorite lodge in Brazil!
Thank you so much for making our stay in Ilha just perfect, Angela! We came back at the end of our trip to spend our last days at coco-knots and will definitely come back soon!

The garden is nice and relaxing and has a wide grass area to launch and land the kite directly from the resort.
The food is vegetarian at breakfast and vegan for dinner but was surprisingly delicious although I'm not vegan.
I will definitely recommend this place and hope to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot, right on the beach. Perfect for access to the lagoon with an in-house kite-wrangler to help you launch and land. Tasty vegetarian food, delicious bread, and yummy breakfast. The menu is stocked with lots of veggie delights, including hummus and various Indian dishes. I especially enjoyed my upstairs room with a view, but, if you're on a budget, there are also shared dorm rooms available. Super friendly staff, very chill atmosphere, great little bar -- what's not to like? I highly recommend this place!
