★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo. Tem fila pra entrar na fila pra pegar senha. As atendentes se viram, mas não dão conta de tanta gente. Desinformação total. Pessoas idosas mendigando imprimir fatura pra poder pagar. As faturas não chegam nas casas. Se não pagar, corta e aculpa é do consumidor.
Service is terrible. There is a queue to get in the queue to get a password. The attendants turn around, but they can't handle so many people. Total misinformation. Elderly people begging to print invoices so they can pay. Invoices do not reach homes. If you don't pay, you cut it and blame it on the consumer.

Rapaz, tem vários caixas porém somente dois funcionando e tem pra mais de 50 pessoas na fila, pra ter noção a fila está chegando no térreo do prédio Poly modas. Péssimo para o contribuinte

Boy, there are several cashiers but only two are working and there are more than 50 people in the queue, to be aware the queue is reaching the ground floor of the Poly modas building. Bad for the taxpayer
