Sobre o tratamento, passamos mais de um ano a espera sem retorno e quando houve retorno era pra estar na clínica em 30 minutos. Ou seja, precisam organizar urgentemente essas marcações e consultas

Fui fazer um procedimento cirúrgico, por orientação de uma dentista.
Porem, o primeiro atendimento como avaliação foi bom, mais faltou a comunicação dentista x paciente, eles conversaram entre eles, juntamente com a Professora que estava lá. Meu procedimento cirúrgico ficou para o dia seguinte, sim cadê o orçamento e o tipo de procedimento que seria realizado? Preciso que a Direção da Escola me dê essa explicação. Passei quase 3 horas na cadeira do dentista, meu esposo do lado de fora, sem saber o que estava acontecendo. Esse tipo de postura a DIREÇÃO da Escola tem que tomar conhecimento .Fiz o procedimento sem saber qual e o valor que seria cobrado. Profissionais todos bem equipados e local obedecendo todos os protocolos , dentro das salas.

My surgical procedure was for the next day, yes, where's the budget and the type of procedure that would be performed? I need the School Board to give me that explanation. I spent almost 3 hours in the dentist's chair, my husband outside, not knowing what was going on. This type of posture the school management has to be aware of. I did the procedure without knowing what and the amount that would be charged. Professionals all well equipped and local, obeying all protocols, inside the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam melhor muito a questão do atendimento, comunicação etc. Comigo mesmo já aconteceu de dizerem que entrariam em contato pra marcar o dia da consulta, só que não entraram. E quando eu ligo, dizem que já passou e foi colocado como falta, como assim?
Nisso, a manutenção do aparelho que era pra ser feita com 30 dias, passa pra 60, 90... e quando acontece já passou do ponto, ou seja, coloca de novo pra voltar... e fica nesse "vai e vem" e além do tempo, tem o pagamento todo mês "desnecessário", aff???.
Vou procurar um profissional para finalizar meu tratamento e COESP NUNCA MAIS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto a faculdade EAD que opera nesse lugar, não indico. Horrível atendimento quanto a dúvidas. Tutor têm TRÊS DIAS ÚTEIS, ÚTEIS PARA RESPONDER, absurdo. Entre outras difculdades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico esse lugar... Além de darmos nossos dentes para os alunos (dentistas) estudarem, não temos um tratamento adequado. Fui cobaia à dois anos desse lugar, fazia minhas manutenções todos os meses certinhos, mas depois ficaram adiando as manutençõeso de 30 dias para 60 e 90 dias, desse jeito meu caso não ia pra frente.
I do not indicate this place... In addition to giving our teeth for students (dentists) to study, we do not have adequate treatment. Parabéns parabéns a essas profissionais maravilhosas que vem fazendo a diferença na vida dos meus filhos.
São muitas as dificuldades que tenho para levar meus filhos para as manifestações sair do interior para ir a coesp não é tarefa fácil.
Mas tenho certeza que vale a pena.
