Deixo esta avaliação para alertar aos que pretendem utilizar os serviços da clínica, que antes procurem referências dos profissionais. Tenham muito cuidado, principalmente as pessoas que têm medo de dentista, pois nem todos estão preparados para atender a este público (acredito que a minoria, ou talvez eu tenha tido muita sorte em ter escolhido a pior profissional). Percebi um comportamento estranho na avaliação, mas ponderei que qualquer um possui dias ruins e isso afeta nas relações interpessoais. É, eu estava errado! O atendimento só piorou na segunda visita.
Por isso, antes de tudo, procurem referências!
Outra recomendação que faço, é que gravem o áudio das suas consultas ou levem alguém consigo. Para realizar denúncias no Conselho Regional de Odontologia é necessário apresentar provas, e infelizmente é isso que me impede de denunciar a conduta da "profissional".

I noticed a strange behavior in the assessment, but I thought that anyone has bad days and it affects interpersonal relationships. Yeah, I was wrong! The service only worsened on the second visit.
So, first of all, look for references!
Another recommendation I make is to record the audio of your appointments or take someone with you. To make complaints at the Regional Council of Dentistry is necessary to present evidence, and unfortunately that is what prevents me from reporting the conduct of "professional".
