★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrível. Uma funcionária em específico nos maltratou, foi grosseira em todas as vezes que precisou falar conosco. Parecia amarga com a vida e descontando nos clientes. Péssimo! Não recomendo de jeito algum. Tem cafeterias muito melhores no bairro.
Horrible experience. One employee in particular mistreated us, was rude every time she needed to talk to us. She seemed bitter about life and taking it out on customers. Terrible! I don't recommend it at all. There are much better cafes in the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo é ótimo aqui! O ambiente é bastante aberto e passa uma sensação de conforto! Fui muito bem atendido, tanto pela funcionária, quanto por quem eu acredito ser a dona do estabelecimento, que me orientou sobre o cardápio online. É bem localizado, perto da estação do metrô Hospital São Paulo. Tudo o que eu comi estava muito gostoso. Pedi um pão de queijo comum, um pão de queijo com provolone e uma torta de frango. Tomei um chocolate gelado, que é tão gostoso quanto qualquer outro chocolate gelado. Os preços são super justos! Adorei esse lugar!
Everything is great here! The atmosphere is very open and feels comfortable! I was very well attended, both by the employee, and by whom I believe to be the owner of the establishment, who guided me on the online menu. It is well located, close to the Hospital São Paulo subway station. Everything I ate was very tasty. I ordered a regular cheese bread, a cheese bread with provolone and a chicken pie. I had a chocolate ice cream, which is as tasty as any other chocolate ice cream. Prices are super fair! I loved this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafeteria apareceu como possibilidade de trabalhar no nosso rodizio do carro depois de uma consulta ao médico. Pedimos 2 aguas e 1 café, porém, depois de 30 minutos trabalhando uma senhora que parecia a dona ficava o tempo todo nos olhando, e quando chegou um casal, ao invés de ela pedir educadamente a mesa ao nosso lado, ela simplesmente a puxou, nos fazendo tirar nossas coisas "correndo" e disse vou usar a mesa! Vão pedir alguma coisa?" como quem quer dizer, se não pedirem mais nada por favor se retirem. Ou seja não indico pra quem for ficar lá mais de 30 minutos, lugar é pequeno então não cabe tanta gente sentada e isso deve ter causado desconforto no responsável pelo estabelecimento.
Cafeteria appeared as a possibility to work in our car rotation after a consultation with the doctor. We ordered 2 waters and 1 coffee, however, after 30 minutes working a lady who looked like the owner was looking at us the whole time, and when a couple arrived, instead of politely asking for the table next to us, she simply pulled it, making us take our things "on the run" and said I'm going to use the table! Are you going to order something?" As if to say, if you don't ask for anything else, please leave. That is, I don't recommend it to anyone who is going to stay there for more than 30 minutes, the place is small so it doesn't fit so many people seated and that must have caused discomfort in charge of the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafeteria, doceira, restaurante e livraria em um único lugar! Ambiente organizado, limpo, bem decorado e com atendimento nota 10!! As tortas são vendidas a kilo (100g - 8,00). Tem também opções de almoço. Os risotos são super famosos.. fica pertinho da estação Hospital São Paulo. Só dei 4 estrelas pois numa sexta a tarde tinha apenas uma opção de torta. Mesmo assim, recomendo!!
Cafeteria, confectioner, restaurant and bookstore in one place! Organized, clean, well decorated and service note 10!! The pies are sold by the kilo (100g - 8.00). There are also lunch options. The risottos are super famous.. it's close to the Hospital São Paulo station. I only gave it 4 stars because on a Friday afternoon there was only one pie option. Still, I recommend it!!
