★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que eu estava adivinhando que algo ia dar errado é deu. Fiz uma compra e fui muito claro com o vendedor que o endereço de entrega não era o mesmo que sairia na N.F. . O vendedor disse que não haveria problemas bastava que eu enviasse o endereço correto para entrega. É assim foi feito. Paguei pelo produto a vista (depósito em conta) enviei o comprovante juntamente com o endereço de entrega pelo e-mail. Para garantir a entrega no lugar correto liguei para confirmar. O vendedor garantiu que ia ser entregue no endereço que eu informei. Não satisfeito liguei no dia programado para a entrega para confirmar o endereço correto, mais uma vez o vendedor disse que estava tudo certo que a transportadora já estava a caminho para entrega. Minha surpresa e decepção com Cogra: eles só foram informar para a Transportadora o endereço novo depois que ela já havia entregue no endereço antigo ou seja não adiantou nada a minha conversa e a garantia do vendedor, pois entregaram no lugar errado. Pouco caso em atenção ao cliente.
It looks like I was guessing something was going to go wrong. I made a purchase and I was very clear with the seller that the delivery address was not the same as the one that would come out in N.F. The seller said there would be no problem if I just sent the correct delivery address. This is how it was done. I paid for the product in cash (deposit in account) I sent the receipt together with the delivery address by email. To ensure delivery to the correct place I called to confirm. The seller assured that it would be delivered to the address I informed. Not satisfied, I called on the day scheduled for delivery to confirm the correct address, again the seller said it was all right that the carrier was already on its way to delivery. My surprise and disappointment with Cogra: they only went to inform the Carrier about the new address after it had already been delivered to the old address, that is, my conversation and the seller's guarantee were of no use, as they delivered to the wrong place. Little case in terms of customer service.
