Não atende como devido ou pelo omenos como foi treinado pra atender ... deixa cliente no vácuo... não deixa o cliente informado como Déveria ... isso é muito ruim pra imagem da clínica ...

He doesn't answer as he should or at least as he was trained to serve... leaves the client in a vacuum... doesn't leave the client informed as he should... this is very bad for the clinic's image...
