Não é um motivo para eu baixar a nota, mas se vocês pudessem ver com o T.I. da empresa a possibilidade do software buscar no banco de dados o nome social, ao invés de apenas o nome civíl quando a mensagem automática de consulta é enviada pelo WhatsApp, se torna mais confortável para pessoas transgênero/não binarie. Mas no geral, o sistema é bastante organizado e prestativo.

That's not a reason for me to download the note, but if you could see with the company's IT the possibility of the software searching the database for the social name, instead of just the civil name when the automatic query message is sent by WhatsApp , becomes more comfortable for transgender/non-binarie people. But overall, the system is very organized and helpful.
