Bad company .... destratam the customer ... I was there ... I quote the manager met me personally took my details and said it was just call ... I was treated bad twice by phone and did not get a placement on my register and what was agreed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Jamais retornarei a fazer um tratamento nesse local. Informações desencontradas dos funcionários e até mesmo quando a empresa comete um erro o cliente sai lesado. Só não dou zero por que não tem essa opção.
Bad experience! I will never return to have a treatment there. Mismatched information from employees and even when the company makes an error the customer is injured. I just don't give zero because I don't have that option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica da coife odonto cancelou minha consulta dia 20 de março referente a pandemia dia 30 de março me cobraram a mensalidade até aí tudo bem paguei, quando e dia 29 de abril me cobraram a mensalidade que nem usei 40 dias sem usar os serviços da clínica e o código defesa do consumidor diz,( não se cobra por serviços não prestado ) veja os artigos 6° 51 do código de defesa do consumidor...falei com uma atendente a msm não deu a mínima...msm assim vou ir ao procon entrar com uma ação judiação e pedir a quebra do contrato.....
FALTA DE RESPEITO COM OS CLIENTES...
The clinic dental coife canceled my appointment March 20 regarding the pandemic March 30 charged me the monthly fee so far so well paid, when and April 29 charged me the monthly payment that not used 40 days without using clinic services and consumer protection code says, (no charge for services not provided) see articles 6 51 of the consumer code ... I spoke to an attendant to msm did not care ... msm so I will go to Procon enter a judiação action and ask for breach of contract .....
LACK OF RESPECT WITH CUSTOMERS ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma descepcao pois cheguei lá com muita dor no dente a doutora avaliou e me passou antibiótico tomei todos porém eles nunca tinha data pra agendar a extração e eu fiquei com doe até o dia q eles acha deve marca sem contar o atendimento péssimo q eles tem das recepcionista
A disappointment because I arrived there with a lot of pain in the tooth, the doctor evaluated and gave me antibiotics, I took all of them, but they never had a date to schedule the extraction and I had a pain until the day they think it must mark, not counting the terrible care they have receptionist
