★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo todos os ambientes maravilhoso muito limpos recepção atendimento excelente pena que não tem estacionamento pra guardar os veículos por isso optei não utilizar os serviços do hotel plaza uma pena.
 Great all the environments wonderful very clean reception service excellent pity that does not have parking to store vehicles so I chose not to use the services of the plaza hotel a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi muito agradável. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, o quarto é limpo e bem refrigerado e o café da manhã é muito bom. O hotel não é sofisticado, mas tem um excelente custo/benefício.
My experience was very enjoyable. The staff are very polite and attentive, the room is clean and well chilled and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is not upscale, but has an excellent cost / benefit ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vamos a um hotel o mínimo que esperamos é hospitalidade e não foi o q encontrei por aqui. O ar condicionado do meu quarto não esfriava, pedi para trocar de quarto, sendo que para trocar de quanto eu deveria pagar por um quarto duplo, e eu estava sozinho no quarto, isso me parece abuso ao consumidor. Assim tive q sair do hotel e procurar outro as 22 horas da noite. Também esteja preparado se te derem um quarto no terceiro andar sendo q vc tem q subir de escada com suas malas.
When we go to a hotel the least we expect is hospitality and it was not what I found here. The air conditioning in my room did not cool, I asked to change rooms, and to change how much I should pay for a double room, and I was alone in the room, this seems to consumer abuse. So I had to leave the hotel and look for another at 10 o'clock in the evening. Also be prepared if you get a room on the third floor and you have to climb stairs with your suitcases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 3 dias no Hotel. No momento de realizar o Check Out solicitei a gerente se poderia permanecer por mais 1 hora por conta de um compromisso de trabalho. A mesma negou alegando que tinha uma reserva já feita. Tive que deixar a mala na Recepção do mesmo. Ao retornar para pegar a mala verifiquei que a mesma tinha mentido, pois, naquele período o Hotel estava praticamente vazio e pude constatar tb com o recepcionista, pois, simulei uma reserva para outra diária e foi logo aceito, comprovando que realmente não tinha reserva. Fica aqui a minha avaliação negativa sobre esse procedimento. Os funcionários atendem muito bem. Cuidado ao reservar esse hotel. At, Walfredo Rodrigues, Coord da Rede MG Cidadania.
I stayed 3 days at the Hotel. At the time of check out I asked the manager if he could stay for another hour on account of a work commitment. She denied it by claiming she had a reservation already made. I had to leave the suitcase at his desk. On returning to pick up the bag I found that she had lied, because at that time the Hotel was practically empty and I could see tb with the receptionist, therefore, I simulated a reservation for another daily rate and was soon accepted, proving that I really had no reservation.
