★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR RESTAURANTE QUE JÁ FUI NA VIDA: ao realizar uma turnê pelo Sertão do Nordeste, juntamente com a família, percorrendo cinco estados (Alagoas, Bahia, Ceará, Pernambuco e Sergipe), decidimos visitar Piranhas por ser um dos principais pontos turísticos da região.
Resolvemos almoçar nesse restaurante, por ter uma bela vista do “Velho Chico” e estar com poucos clientes (queríamos fugir de aglomerações, em função da pandemia da COVID-19), mas para nossa grande decepção, o local não oferece o mínimo de higiene e conforto.
A começar pelo calor escaldante (38˚C, com sensação térmica de 52˚C), percebemos que a equipe de atendimento era mal preparada: a garçonete que veio nos atender disse que tinha todos os pratos disponíveis. Entretanto, quando escolhemos dois deles, nos respondeu que não havia os ingredientes.
Na sequência, veio outro garçom (um rapaz sem touca, sem máscara e com pés descalços – parecia turista de praia). Esse nos apresentou outro cardápio afirmando ter tudo disponível. Quando escolhemos os pratos, tivemos a mesma resposta: não havia os ingredientes para nos servir.
Optamos pelos pratos mais simples da casa.
O primeiro prato: uma tilápia (o peixe mais comum na região). Quando recebemos a comida, percebemos que tinha um cabelo sobre o peixe. Reclamamos com a garçonete, que ficou de trocá-lo, mas não o fez.
O segundo prato: carne de sol com macaxeira. Ao sermos servidos, encontramos outro cabelo. Desta vez, na macaxeira. Reclamamos com o garçom, que pegou o prato e levou à dona do restaurante. A mulher olhou para a comida e disse que não havia cabelo algum.
Indignado, mostrei a foto que tinha registrado da comida. Daí a dona do restaurante, de forma indiferente, afirmou que não tinha como controlar os cabelos que caiam na comida, porque não sabia de onde vinham. O pior, teve a pachorra de falar para os garçons da casa, o seguinte: “é sempre assim, eles vêm aqui, comem a comida e depois colocam defeito, para não pagar a conta”, ou seja, nos chamou de pilantras, na cara de pau.
Diante da postura da proprietária, pagamos a conta (mesmo sem comer nada) e fomos procurar um local mais “civilizado” para comer.
NOTA: produzi várias fotos (a última com zoom), para comprovar o cabelo na comida.
WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE: when touring the Sertão do Nordeste, together with my family, touring five states (Alagoas, Bahia, Ceará, Pernambuco and Sergipe), we decided to visit Piranhas as it is one of the main tourist attractions in the region.
We decided to have lunch at this restaurant, as it has a beautiful view of “Velho Chico” and there are few customers (we wanted to get away from crowds, due to the COVID-19 pandemic), but to our great disappointment, the place does not offer the least hygiene. and comfort.
Starting with the scorching heat (38˚C, with a thermal sensation of 52˚C), we realized that the service team was poorly prepared: the waitress who came to serve us said that she had all the dishes available. However, when we chose two of them, he replied that he didn't have the ingredients.
Then, another waiter came (a guy without a cap, without a mask and with bare feet – he looked like a beach tourist). This one presented us with another menu claiming to have everything available. When we chose the dishes, we got the same answer: there were no ingredients to serve us.
We opted for the simplest dishes in the house.
The first course: a tilapia (the most common fish in the region). When we received the food, we noticed that there was a hair on the fish. We complained to the waitress, who was supposed to change it, but didn't.
The second dish: sun-dried meat with cassava. As we were served, we found another hair. This time, in cassava. We complained to the waiter, who took the dish and took it to the owner of the restaurant. The woman looked at the food and said there was no hair.
Indignant, I showed him the photo I had taken of the food. Hence, the owner of the restaurant, indifferently, stated that she had no way of controlling the hair that fell into the food, because she did not know where it came from. The worst, he had the patience to say to the waiters of the house, the following: "it's always like this, they come here, eat the food and then fix it, not to pay the bill", that is, he called us rogues, in the poker face.
Faced with the owner's attitude, we paid the bill (even without eating anything) and went looking for a more “civilized” place to eat.
NOTE: I produced several photos (the last one zoomed in) to prove the hair in the food.
