★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja… não comprem nessa loja, o descaso com o consumidor é demais, comprei minha cama faz quase um mês e até agora só recebendo desculpas da funcionária sobre a entrega do meu colchão e Nada, entrei em contato pra que a gerência entre em contato comigo e Nada tbm, preciso me mudar e não tenho onde dormir no meu apartamento, estou prestes a casar e eu e meu marido estamos tendo que passar por esse transtorno e a gerência não tá nem aí. Fora que tou tendo que pagar dois apartamento porq não dar pra se mudar sem cama. A cama foi comprada no começo de outubro avista ?
Terrible store… don't buy in this store, the disregard for the consumer is too much, I bought my bed almost a month ago and so far I've only received apologies from the employee about the delivery of my mattress and Nothing, I contacted the management to get in touch with me and Nothing too, I need to move and I have nowhere to sleep in my apartment, I'm about to get married and my husband and I are having to go through this inconvenience and the management doesn't care. Besides, I'm having to pay for two apartments because I can't move without a bed. The bed was purchased in early October sight ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colchão afundando!!!!! Não comprem!!!! Não comprem nessa loja, compramos um colchão caríssimo e com menos de 1 ano de uso está afundando! No ato da venda falam ter garantia de 1 ano, te prometem suporte caso o produto apresente algum defeito, mas depois da venda feita é outra história. Estão enrolando como podem, chamam de “amaciamento normal” do colchão, jogam a responsabilidade pro fornecedor, demoram horrores pra dar uma resposta…. Já procuramos diversas vezes e nada de resolver a situação, um descaso!!!! Nunca mais! Renata colchoaria é mil vezes melhor, já tive quando solteira, usei por 10 anos antes de casar e até hoje continua perfeito o colchão, deveria ter comprado lá! Agora terei que resolver judicialmente com a colchilar, e assim o farei!
Mattress sinking!!!!! Do not buy!!!! Don't buy from this store, we bought a very expensive mattress and with less than 1 year of use it's sinking! At the time of sale they say they have a 1-year warranty, they promise you support if the product has a defect, but after the sale is made it's another story. They are rolling as they can, they call it “normal softening” of the mattress, they throw the responsibility on the supplier, they take a long time to give an answer…. We've looked for several times and nothing to solve the situation, a neglect!!!! Never! Renata colchoaria is a thousand times better, I already had it when I was single, I used it for 10 years before getting married and the mattress is still perfect today, I should have bought it there! Now I will have to settle with colchilar in court, and I will!
