Mas agora estou com um problemão de entrega e ninguém resolve, o vendedor Renato que não está mais nessa loja, fez o pedido errado, o gerente Lucas só sabe falar que o Renato errou e não consegue resolver e me dar um posicionamento, o gerente regional Willian, também não.... Vergonhoso, ninguém consegue me falar sobre os produtos que comprei e já paguei duas parcelas. Todo dia corro atrás deles para uma resposta, e não estão nem preocupados comigo, descaso total com o cliente. Péssima experiência. Não faço ideia quando terei meus produtos.
