I always had an Orthopur mattress from the Orthopur model but the structure was completely changed, this HORRIVEL, creaks all the time and SUPER hard.

Em 18/12/20 adquiri na Ortobom do Shopping Leblon dois colchões para minhas filhas.
Na ocasião, a vendedora afirmou que as mercadorias seriam entregues até o dia 24, o que não foi cumprido.
Inicialmente, marcaram a entrega para o dia dia 29 de dezembro em horário comercial. No dia 29 ligaram remarcando para o dia 30 pela manhã pois estávamos com viagem marcada para a tarde. No dia 30 ligaram remarcando para segunda dia 3. Às 17:30 do dia 30 o entregador fez contato tentando entregar os produtos mas já havíamos viajado.
Fizemos contato com a loja do shopping Leblon durante o dia 3 pois o produto não foi entregue. Falamos com o vendedor que disse que resolveria com o setor de entregas e que nos retornaria até o final do dia. Não obtivemos retorno e por volta das 22:00h liguei para a loja pedindo uma posição. A pessoa que atendeu foi hostil e não deu explicações sobre as falhas das entregas. Informei que optaria por realizar reclamação formal por meio de canais digitais e fui interpelada com deboche pelo funcionário que de forma desrespeitosa retrucou:
"-E você acha que conseguirá resolver assim!?!"
Desta forma, escrevo para relatar os transtornos gerados pelo grande atraso na entrega e denunciar a atitude no mínimo não profissional do funcionário da loja do shopping Leblon que atendeu minha última ligação.
Aguardo pronta resolução e retratação da empresa.

Disrespect and debauchery with the consumer:
On 12/18/20 I purchased two mattresses for my daughters at Shopping Leblon Ortobom.
At the time, the seller said that the goods would be delivered by the 24th, which was not met.
Initially, they scheduled the delivery for December 29th in business hours. On the 29th, they called and rescheduled for the 30th in the morning because we were scheduled to travel in the afternoon. On the 30th they called and rescheduled for the second day 3. At 17:30 on the 30th the delivery man made contact trying to deliver the products but we had already traveled.
We contacted the Leblon store during the 3rd because the product was not delivered. We spoke to the seller who said he would settle with the delivery department and that he would return to us by the end of the day. We did not get a return and around 22:00 I called the store asking for a position. The person who answered was hostile and gave no explanations about the delivery failures. I informed that I would choose to make a formal complaint through digital channels and was challenged with mockery by the employee who disrespectfully replied:
"-And do you think you can solve it like that!?!"
In this way, I write to report the inconvenience caused by the long delay in delivery and denounce the attitude at least unprofessional of the employee at the Leblon shopping store who answered my last call.
I await prompt resolution and retraction of the company.
