Fui na loja e o atendimento e explicação foi bom por parte dos vendedores, porém a decepção se dá por terem trocado por um colchão usado e sujo.Acho um derespeito imenso com o cliente ,uma decepção total ,não recomendo está loja.
Disappointment is the word! I bought an orthopedic mattress and already the next day I requested the exchange because I did not adapt because it is extremely hard. I went to the store and the service and explanation was good on the part of the sellers, but the disappointment is due to having exchanged for a used and dirty mattress. I think a huge disrespect for the customer, a total disappointment, I do not recommend this store.
