★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mereceria um 8 pelo atendimento inicial mas como é de praxe nas lojas que vendem produtos de grande valor agregado, o atendimento na venda é uma beleza, mas o de pós venda ... sem palavras ... deixa muito a desejar. Esta desconsideração pelo cliente é o que quebra a oportunidade das lojas 'decolarem', e não a tal crise que todos falam que ainda existe por aí. Os problemas ... confusão no agendamento de entrega do produto e atraso na entrega. Se o prazo de entrega solicitado pelo cliente é inviavel, avise, mesmo com o risco de perder a venda. Mas prometer entregar na data acordada, mesmo sabendo da impossibilidade de cumprir-la, aí é irresponsabilidade e má fé.
It would deserve an 8 for the initial service but as is usual in stores that sell products with great added value, the service on sale is a beauty, but the after sales ... without words ... leaves much to be desired. This disregard for the customer is what breaks the opportunity for stores to 'take off', and not the crisis that everyone says is still out there. The problems ... confusion in scheduling product delivery and delay in delivery. If the delivery time requested by the customer is not viable, let us know, even with the risk of losing the sale. But promising to deliver on the agreed date, even knowing the impossibility of fulfilling it, there is irresponsibility and bad faith.
