★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima vendedor Elton de uma venda só, não emitiu a NF no dia , não deu um papel com o prazo de entrega apenas falou, eu tive que ligar para saber o mesmo ficou de retornar e não ligou liguei hoje o mesmo nem sabia quem eu era , marcou meu nome errado e falou de um prazo de 1 mês para entrega o qual jamais vou aceitar . Péssimo não valeu a pena a compra não recomendo a loja .
Bad experience Elton salesman of one sale, did not issue the NF on the day, did not give a paper with the delivery time just spoke, I had to call to know the same was to return and did not call today I did not even know who I it was, marked my name wrong and spoke of a 1 month deadline which I will never accept. Terrible was not worth the purchase I do not recommend the store.

Ele só não vai te dar o colchão de presente, o resto, pode contar com ele.
Elton John, this is the name of the guy you should be looking for. You will never be attended to with so much capacity and knowledge about mattresses by someone else. I don't recommend you go anywhere else. Undoubtedly even in price, Elton gives you strength. Ask for discount, ask for gifts, ask for installments in 12x without interest. He just won't give you the mattress as a gift, the rest, you can count on him.

Liguei na loja que havia comprado por diversas vezes deixando todos os dados, e sempre ficavam de me retornar. Apos 40 dias de espera fui pessoalmente na loja para resolver o problema.
Apos uma semana me retornam que a garantia acabou.
A impressão é que fizeram propositalmente a demora para o o retorno pois tinham todos meus dados e sabiam exatamente a data q “venceria a garantia “

I called the store I had bought from several times leaving all the data, and they always kept getting back to me. After 40 days of waiting, I went to the store in person to solve the problem.
After a week they get back to me that the warranty is over.
The impression is that they purposely delayed the return because they had all my data and knew exactly the date that “the warranty would expire”
