Uma gestante que quer comprar um colchão, em meio a pandemia, pedindo mais informações pelo whatsapp do seu atendimento, e a gerente mal educada tratando mal. Surreal este tipo de atitude e inaceitável.

Já estive 2 vezes nessa loja, a primeira foi horrível, da última estava com o dinheiro na mão pra comprar o produto, mas o atendimento dela (acho que é gerente) foi tão ruim, fez tão pouco caso, que eu desisti da compra na hora. Se os donos não atentarem, em breve fechará as portas dessa unidade.

I've been to this store twice, the first time was horrible, the last time I had money in my hand to buy the product, but her service (I think she's the manager) was so bad, she didn't care, that I gave up buying it at hour. If the owners do not pay attention, it will soon close the doors of this unit.
