★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ensino e ruim, meu filho reclamou que defecaram na pia do banheiro e urinaram nas latas de lixo do banheiro masculino,fora que ele disse que funcionarios causam a demiçao de outros funcionarios,e professores que deixa a desejar alem de deixar de recuperaçao por 0,2 pontos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha estudou no Desafio durante 3 anos, e foram diversas pequenas insatisfações, mas sempre passamos por cima por que a mensalidade estava dentro do orçamento e a estrutura cada dia maior e melhor...Havia uma esperança!
2020 foi um ano de EAD, não podemos chamar de aula online. A aula era: A professora colocava no portal qual página a criança tinha que fazer, SOZINHA, e as 17h30 entrava pra tirar dúvidas, sempre correndo, dando aula pro filho, e eram SÓ DOIS ALUNOS ONLINE. O ano inteiro, não foram vistas as outras crianças, que com certeza passaram de ano.
Fica o feedback para futuras mães e pais, que puderem pagar um pouquinho a mais, vale a pena procurar outra escola.
Quando coloquei a minha no Desafio foi por que buscava uma educação melhor, mas não tinha condições de pagar uma escola excelente, e a "bolsa" que eles dão é de encher os olhos, por outro lado, joguei o dinheiro que tinha no lixo!

2020 was a year of distance learning, we cannot call it an online class. The class was: The teacher put on the portal which page the child had to do, ALONE, and at 5:30 pm she came in to answer questions, always running, teaching her son, and there were ONLY TWO STUDENTS ONLINE. The whole year, the other children, who certainly passed the year, were not seen.
There is feedback for future mothers and fathers, who can pay a little extra, it is worth looking for another school.
When I put mine in the Challenge it was because I was looking for a better education, but I was unable to afford an excellent school, and the "scholarship" they give is to fill my eyes, on the other hand, I threw the money I had in the trash!

Alem disso, as aulas de empreendedorismo nunca são gravadas, como vou saber o conteudo? Também nunca libera link para aula online, resumindo, só joga o conteudo e é isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como aluna, posso dizer que o ensino é de muita qualidade, não deixa de ser BEM PUXADO e RIGOROSO, o que exige muito dos alunos, nos deixando muitas vezes bem cansados com tudo mas apesar disso, creio que seja algo que nos de um diferencial, aprimorando sentidos de responsabilidade e competência.
Sobre o atendimento na secretária, coordenação e direção, nunca obtive problema algum, sempre me atenderam com muita agilidade além de educação e respeito.
Os professores são bons, uns possuem um método melhor de dar aula, uma dinâmica mais aprimorada. Outros um método mais antigo mas, nada que prejudique o ensino do aluno. A maior parte sempre é muito prestativa com relações a atividades e trabalhos, tentam ajudar os alunos quando possuem dificuldades e os auxiliam.
Como todo colégio particular, oferece gastos além da mensalidade (o que já possue um preço acessível) mas, no geral são coisas básicas e necessárias.
O ensino presencial com toda certeza é muito melhor do que o EAD pela facilidade de comunicação e aprendizagem que os alunos tem. Porém, o ensino EAD me surpreendeu de forma positiva, os professores sempre muito atenciosos e a qualidade da aula cresceu com o tempo.
Sobre a higiene do local, na maior parte das vezes sempre muito bem limpo e higienizado principalmente em tempos de pandemia seguindo todos os protocolos de prevenção.
É uma instituição que vem crescendo e se aprimorando cada vez mais, acredito que tem tudo para se tornar uma das melhores escolas de São Paulo.
Ressalto uma atenção para as diretrizes que é necessários apoio psicológico aos alunos, senti um pouco de falta nesse quesito. Um profissional capacitado para conversar e compreender os alunos seria ótimo pois, muitas vezes nós alunos, levamos problemas pessoais para dentro da escola, o que acaba afetando o desenvolvimento educacional. Aliás, é por isso que possuímos muitas vezes, amizades com professores, por desabafar e sermos aconselhados por eles, o que deveria ser função de um psicólogo dentro da instituição.
Assim como toda escola hoje em dia, possui seus altos e baixos, de qualquer forma acredito que o desafio prepara os jovens para a vida.
Só tenho a agradecer os 8 anos de bons e ruins momentos que passei, os bons servem como lembrança e os ruins como aprendizado.

About the service at the desk, coordination and direction, I never had any problems, they always assisted me with great agility, in addition to politeness and respect.
The teachers are good, some have a better method of teaching, a better dynamic. Others an older method, but nothing that harms the student's teaching. Most are always very helpful with activities and work, try to help students when they have difficulties and help them.
Like every private school, it offers expenses beyond the tuition fee (which already has an affordable price) but, in general, they are basic and necessary things.
Face-to-face teaching is certainly much better than distance learning due to the ease of communication and learning that students have. However, distance learning surprised me in a positive way, the teachers were always very attentive and the quality of the classes grew over time.
Regarding the hygiene of the place, in most cases it is always very clean and sanitized, especially in times of pandemic, following all prevention protocols.
It is an institution that has been growing and improving itself more and more, I believe it has everything to become one of the best schools in São Paulo.
I emphasize attention to the guidelines that psychological support is needed for students, I felt a little lacking in this regard. A professional capable of talking to and understanding the students would be great, as we students often take personal problems into the school, which ends up affecting educational development. In fact, this is why we often have friendships with professors, for letting off steam and being advised by them, which should be the function of a psychologist within the institution.
Like every school these days, it has its ups and downs, however I believe the challenge prepares young people for life.
I can only thank the 8 years of good and bad moments that I spent, the good ones serve as a memory and the bad ones as a learning experience.

Mensalidade e estrutura (ainda não tive como avaliar a qualidade pedagógica).
Pontos fracos:
controle de baixa de pagamento obsoleto, ainda utilizado carnê com baixa manual;
controle de documentação através de solicitação de cópias xerograficas não digitalizando os documentos.
Referente ao primeiro atendimento a percepção foi excelente graças a funcionaria que me atendeu mas infelizmente nem todos que atendem partilham o mesmo entusiasmo da funcionária que me atendeu.
