★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negaram a matrícula do meu filho alegando "ter escadas demais", "muitos alunos", "pouco espaço", "muita gente circulando", simplesmente porque avisei que ele é autista. Nem ao menos quiseram conhecê-lo ou saber algo sobre ele.
They denied my son's enrollment claiming "having too many stairs", "too many students", "too little space", "too many people walking", simply because I told him he is autistic. They didn't even want to meet him or know anything about him.

I had financial problems due to the pandemic and I didn't pay slips they blocked my family's salary and food bill. I spoke with the school board and they didn't solve anything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos durante 2 anos vários problemas de comunicação, troca de horário de atividades extra sem aviso prévio, tivemos pedido de uniforme cobrado e não entregue, e funcionaria responsável desligando o telefone na minha cara qndo questionada como resolveria o problema.
A parte pedagógica e excelente, professores maravilhosos .
We had for two years several communication problems, changing the schedule of extra activities without notice, we had a request for a charged and undelivered uniform, and would work responsibly by hanging up the phone in my face when asked how to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Financeiro - O valor da mensalidade para o integral está bom em comparação com outros colégios, porém, ´para meio período está igual aos demais... a Parte financeira é PÉSSIMA... não respeita as clausulas do contrato. Convidaram a eu retirar meu filho do colégio pois pedi para trocar ele de período e alegaram que na pandemia não era possível, até então. Esse ano colocaram clausula sobre desconto na pandemia, mas depois mandaram um comunicado dizendo que não teria desconto nenhum. A coordenadora financeira não se coloca no lugar dos pais e age com grosseria.
Pedagógico - Presencialmente não tenho o que reclamar, porém, com a pandemia e aulas virtuais, a escola se mostrou incapaz de dar estrutura para os professores que não tem condições a adquirir o material para dar aula remoto. Esse ano a didática se mostrou muito ruim.
Financial - The monthly fee for the full tuition is good compared to other colleges, however, ´for part-time it is the same as the others ... the financial part is TERRIBLE ... it does not respect the clauses of the contract. They invited me to take my son out of school because I asked him to change his term and claimed that in the pandemic it was not possible, until then. This year they put a clause about discounting the pandemic, but then they sent out a statement saying there would be no discount. The financial coordinator does not put himself in the parents' place and acts rudely.
Pedagogical - In person, I have nothing to complain about, however, with the pandemic and virtual classes, the school proved unable to provide structure for teachers who are unable to acquire the material to teach remotely. This year didactics proved to be very bad.
