★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente decepcionada com a gestão que mandou podar totalmente uma mangueira belíssima e frondosa com mais de 25 anos para expandir o colégio. Pouco me importa se o projeto foi aprovado, estudado e legalizado. Isso foi uma completa falta de discernimento por parte da equipe engenheira e paisagística (se é que houve uma). Vão erguer uma nova construção a troco de quê? Garanto que havia outras soluções que não afetassem o sossego e paisagem dos moradores, que agora vão ter que lidar com o calor de um bloco de concreto na janela de casa, impedindo a circulação do vento, além da falta de privacidade (inclusive, o art. 1.301 da Lei 10.406 do Código Civil proíbe isso). Nós, moradores dos arredores, já nos reunimos e vamos fiscalizar os "avanços" desse colégio, indo a juízo se necessário for.
Really disappointed with the management that ordered a beautiful and leafy mango tree, over 25 years old, to be completely pruned to expand the school. I don't care if the project was approved, studied and legalized. This was a complete lack of judgment on the part of the engineering and landscape team (if there ever was one). What will they build a new building for? I guarantee that there were other solutions that did not affect the tranquility and landscape of the residents, who will now have to deal with the heat of a concrete block in the house window, preventing the circulation of the wind, in addition to the lack of privacy (including art 1301 of Law 10,406 of the Civil Code prohibits this). We, residents of the surroundings, have already met and are going to monitor the "advances" of this school, going to court if necessary.
