★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo foi ótimo, mas veio a pandemia e nunca tivemos acompanhamento do nosso filho que tem autismo. Nunca nos ligaram para saber se estava tudo bem. Nos cobraram a robótica e nunca houve aula e sequer cogitaram em nós devolver o valor pago. Escola é muito fechada. No começo são flores, mas deixa muito a desejar. Hoje meu filho está no colégio público que tem muito mais acompanhamento do que este. Corram.
O objetivo deste espaço é justamente para manter comunicação entre as instituições e a sociedade para que se trace um canal de avaliação de (in)satisfação dos serviços propostos. Creio que a resolução de possíveis contendas possam vir por meio de diálogo e não de ameaças infundadas via whastapp. Ainda no aguardo sobre os meus questionamentos.
At first it was great, but the pandemic came and we never had follow-up with our son who has autism. They never called us to see if everything was ok. They charged us for robotics and there was never a class and they didn't even consider us returning the amount paid. School is very closed. At first it's flowers, but it leaves a lot to be desired. Today my son is in a public school that has much more monitoring than this one. run.
The purpose of this space is precisely to maintain communication between institutions and society so that a channel for evaluating (dis)satisfaction with the proposed services can be traced. I believe that the resolution of possible disputes can come through dialogue and not baseless threats via whatsapp. I'm still waiting on my questions.
