Apoio pedagógico ausente, professor de informática saiu e não houve reposição nem comunicação aos pais, problema de bullying relatado a coordenadora e aos professores que não foi resolvido, atendimento ruim na tesouraria pois o sistema está sempre com problemas, o atendimento por telefone muito demorado p atender e o site, que era para facilitar o acesso às informações sobre o aluno, não é atualizado corretamente. Piorou bastante desde o ano passado.
Reasonable down. Missing pedagogical support, computer teacher left and there was no replacement or communication to parents, problem of bullying reported to the coordinator and teachers that was not resolved, poor service in the treasury because the system is always having problems, telephone service is too slow for answer and the website, which was intended to facilitate access to information about the student, is not updated correctly. It got a lot worse since last year.
