★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O funcionário Nicolas, supostamente filho do dono do colégio, realiza um péssimo atendimento na secretaria. Fui orientada duas vezes por ele a ir a escola para conhecer as instalações e realizar a matricula, e nos dois dias que fui precisei sair mais cedo do trabalho para me deslocar até o local e no fim não havia ninguém responsável pelo Colégio Perini para me atender e fui redirecionada ao colégio Bambino que também não tinha informações para me ajudar. Acredito que os responsáveis pelo colégio devem rever a política de atendimento ao público e principalmente a de contratação de funcionários mais competentes e comprometidos com a imagem do colégio, pois infelizmente este tipo de situação coloca a prova a qualidade do colégio que já é de tradição no município de Carapicuíba.
The official Nicolas, allegedly the son of the owner of the college, performs a poor service in the secretariat. I was guided twice by him to go to the school to know the facilities and to enroll, and in the two days I went I had to leave work early to go to the place and in the end there was no one in charge of the Perini College to attend me and I was redirected to Bambino High School, which also had no information to help me. I believe that those in charge of the college should review the policy of attending to the public and especially that of hiring more competent and committed employees with the image of the college, because unfortunately this type of situation proves the quality of the college that is already tradition in the municipality of Carapicuíba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa escola salvou meus filhos, pois mudei de cidade e foi difícil encontrar um espaço acolhedor, profissional e dedicado aos alunos. Tive que trocar de escola três vezes, então posso dizer que é sem dúvida a melhor escola de Carapicuíba. Parabéns a todos os seu profissionais.
This school saved my children, because I moved to another city and it was difficult to find a welcoming, professional and dedicated space for the students. I had to change schools three times, so I can say that it is without a doubt the best school in Carapicuíba. Congratulations to all your professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes da pandemia organizaram reforma da quadra o que impediu os alunos de utilizarem a quadra durante meses. Durante a pandemia (2020) a quantidade de horas aula foi reduzida, mas o valor da mensalidade mantido. Apesar da requisição de redução de mensalidade, não atenderam às orientações do Procon para pais que comprovavam perda de renda. Cobravam por aula de inglês e pensamento computacional e só durante as aulas on LINE descobri que tais aulas não estavam sendo oferecidas... Prova de inglês nunca teve, mas cobravam. Diretoria não deu suporte necessário aos pais nem investiu em ferramentas para as aulas on LINE. Meu filho só teve aula porque a professora se desdobrava usando o app zoom gratuito pelo celular pessoal. A cada 40 min tinha que reenviar link pelo whatsapp pra acessar as aulas. Muita desorganização. Instalações apertadas, pouco espaço. Corredores estreitos. Tratativa da direção péssima. Olham aluno e pais como número e $$, apenas. Hoje meu filho estuda em uma escola com uma estrutura bem melhor, mais conteúdo e com valor de mensalidade mais acessível.

During the pandemic (2020) the amount of class hours was reduced, but the tuition value maintained. Despite the request for a reduction in tuition, they did not comply with Procon's guidelines for parents who proved loss of income. They charged for English and Computational Thinking classes and it was only during the ONLINE classes that I discovered that such classes were not being offered... English test never had, but they charged. Board did not provide the necessary support to parents or invest in tools for online classes. My son only had class because the teacher used the free zoom app on her personal cell phone. Every 40 min I had to resend the link via whatsapp to access the classes. Too much disorganization. Tight facilities, little space. Narrow corridors. Bad management management. They look at student and parents as number and $$, only. Today my son studies at a school with a much better structure, more content and a more affordable monthly fee.
