Embora as crianças desenvolvam suas capacidades de maneira heterogênea, a educação tem por função criar condições para o desenvolvimento integral de todas as crianças considerando, também, as possibilidades de aprendizagem que apresentam nas diferentes faixas etárias através de uma atuação que propicia o desenvolvimento de capacidades envolvendo aquelas de ordem física, afetiva, cognitiva, ética, estética, de relação interpessoal e inserção social.
A educação é um fator indispensável para que a humanidade possa alcançar seus ideais de paz, liberdade, inclusão e justiça social.
A escola não caminha separadamente, sem influenciar a sociedade, é preciso buscar solidariedade das famílias.
Por isso cabe à escola formar sujeitos comprometidos com os valores da família e do homem, para que os mesmos exerçam cidadania.
 Colégio Plenitude proposes a work based on individual differences and on the consideration of the peculiarities of children in the age group served by Kindergarten. Although children develop their abilities in a heterogeneous way, education has the function of creating conditions for the integral development of all children considering, also, the learning possibilities that they present in different age groups through an action that promotes the development of abilities involving those of a physical, affective, cognitive, ethical, aesthetic, interpersonal relationship and social inclusion order.
Education is an indispensable factor for humanity to achieve its ideals of peace, freedom, inclusion and social justice.
The school does not walk separately, without influencing society, it is necessary to seek solidarity from the families.
Therefore, it is up to the school to train individuals committed to the values of family and men, so that they can exercise citizenship.
