 My oldest son has been studying since I was two. We love the school. Attentive staff and very good teachers. My little girl will also enter this school. School with family atmosphere.

Não te Atendem, não faz questão nenhuma em atende lo, seja por e-mail, presencialmente ou telefone. Se você vier a ter algum imprevisto ou problema que precisa resolver você não terá nenhum tipo de retorno, a não ser respostas padrão. LAMENTÁVEL NÃO INDICO APENAS EM ULTIMO CASO.
It is amazing how the financial representatives treat with disrespect and neglect any problem related to this subject. They do not answer you, they do not care to answer you, either by email, in person or by telephone. If you have any unforeseen issues that you need to resolve you will have no kind of feedback except standard answers. DEALING DOES NOT INDICATE ONLY IN LAST CASE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A escola ficou ótima depois da reforma, muito maior e muito mais confortável. Mas o que me incomoda foi perceber que no lugar tem pouquíssimas câmeras. Como uma escola deste tamanho pode fazer isso? É necessário pelo menos UMA CÂMERA EM CADA CORREDOR!! Segurança nunca é demais!
The school was great after the renovation, much bigger and much more comfortable. But what bothers me was realizing that there are very few cameras in the place. How can a school of this size do this? At least ONE CAMERA IN EACH CORRIDOR is required !! Security never hurts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, minha filha, matriculada e estuda nesta unidade á 10 anos e nunca faltei com o compromisso dos pagamentos, desde o início do covid pedi por e-mail para uma negociação de valores, não quero bolsa, somente uma negociação por este período....infelizmente estou inadimplente desde abril acredito, a Escola não responde os e-mails que minha esposa envia, estou querendo somente negociar e colocar as parcelas em dia, já se passam 5 meses sem respostas!!!Aguardo uma resposta urgente para solução do problema!! ou vocês não estão abertos a negociação? preciso regularizar!!!!! Acho um absurdo esse tempo todo para uma simples solução!!!1! Aguardo retorno!!! Qual seria outro canal para resolver?
Good morning, my daughter, enrolled and studying in this unit for 10 years and I never missed the commitment of payments, since the beginning of the covid I asked by email for a negotiation of values, I do not want a scholarship, only a negotiation for this period. ... unfortunately I am in default since April I believe, the School does not answer the emails that my wife sends, I just want to negotiate and update the installments, 5 months have passed without answers !!! I await an urgent answer for solution of the problem !! or are you not open to negotiation? I need to regularize !!!!! I find it absurd all this time for a simple solution !!! 1! Awaiting return!!! What would be another channel to solve?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que saudade deste colégio. Faz 11 anos que não frequento o Santa Maria Nova Suíça. Com certeza, foi uma instituição que fez diferença na minha vida acadêmica. Lá tinha tudo: circo, playground amplo, piscina, morro, mini anfiteatro, salas de aula a perder de vista, pássaros, galinha, avestruz, coreto, arbustos mil, capela, quadras de areia, de terra, de cimento, enfim, um mundo dentro de outro mundo. Saudades!
I miss this school. I haven't been to Santa Maria Nova Switzerland for 11 years. It was certainly an institution that made a difference in my academic life. There was everything: circus, large playground, swimming pool, hill, mini amphitheater, classrooms as far as the eye can see, birds, chicken, ostrich, bandstand, thousand bushes, chapel, blocks of sand, dirt, cement, in short, one world within another world. Miss you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, há 30 dias solicitei o histórico da minha filha, sem nenhum retorno, liguei pra saber. Falaram-me que a pasta dela estava sem o histórico escolar da antiga escola. Ela frequentou lá por dois anos e só agora notaram que não tinham esse documento? Questionei uma funcionária, que e respondeu: é isso mesmo, você vai ter que providenciar a 2ª via para que o histórico atual possa ser liberado.
Os representantes financeiros são péssimos, tratam com desrespeito e descaso qualquer problema relacionado a esse assunto. Raramente atendem o telefone e os e-mails são curtos e grossos. Presencialmente nunca consegui falar com ninguém, sempre falam que no momento não há funcionários no local. Várias vezes pedi pra prorrogar a data da mensalidade por conta de atraso do meu salário, e dentro do próprio mês de pagamento, simplesmente respondem: "O Colégio Santa Maria não trabalha com prorrogação na data das mensalidades escolares".
O ensino já foi bom, hoje está em decadência.

I asked an employee, who replied: that's right, you will have to provide the 2nd copy so that the current history can be released.
Financial representatives are terrible, they treat any problem related to this matter with disrespect and disregard. They rarely answer the phone and emails are short and thick. I have never been able to speak to anyone in person, they always say that there are currently no employees on site. Several times I asked to extend the date of tuition due to the delay in my salary, and within the month of payment, they simply reply: "Colégio Santa Maria does not work with an extension on the date of school fees".
The teaching was good, today it is in decline.
