Felizmente o dr Alberto está atento. Se tiver uma experiência ruim, o procure.
If you want to spend hours waiting, go. Take a book or two. The administrative service is also terrible, you can't talk to people and they don't return to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica deu um retorno, ainda assim a primeira impressão ficou de forma negativa e corrigindo meu comentário anterior a consulta foi pra meu esposo a minha eu desisti por conta do horário.

The attendants are excellent, but I was booked as an emergency care and the doctor arrived at the clinic 1 hour late and I remained waiting for care for more than 2 hours. Exhausting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em uma consulta com meu pai, o médico ficou 1h20 com um paciente, e que estava marcado para um horário depois dos demais pacientes... Eu reclamei E não COM ele, falei com a funcionária e DEPOIS ele veio me dá lição de moral, fiquei calada por que queria o bem de meu pai... Com meu pai ele ficou 3 minutos em consulta , Entrego ele nas mãos de Deus, pois um dia ele vai se ver na mesma situação... Por que Deste mundo NINGUÉM sai sem pagar a conta, ele não é nenhum Deus... Quero mesmo é vê-lo deitar a cabeça no travesseiro e refletir sobre tudo que me disse... E ainda achar que esta certo, só não questionei ele por causa de meu pai que já tinha sofrido uma cirurgia e não podia se estressar, não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém... Tinha uma menina lá especial que tinha chegado primeiro que meu pai, a mãe dela também reclamou da demora e foi embora, queria ter feito o mesmo, porém ,meu pai insistiu em ficar... Mas esse médico que atendeu meu pai para mim nunca será referência... Pois, primeiro temos quer ser empáticos com o outro...Não adianta diploma se não se coloca no lugar do paciente...

But this doctor who saw my father for me will never be a reference. .. Well, first we want to be empathetic with each other ... There is no point in getting a diploma if you don't put yourself in the patient's shoes ...
