★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O colégio em si é bom, o método de ensino também é bom e minha neta se adaptou bem. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque não estou tão satisfeita no que se refere à parte administrativa. Toda vez que preciso resolver algum assunto não consigo falar com ninguém no telefone da escola, mesmo estando no horário de funcionamento correto. Ou esse telefone está errado ou não tem pessoal pra atender...
The school itself is good, the teaching method is also good and my granddaughter has adapted well. I just don’t give 5 stars because I’m not so satisfied with the administrative side. Every time I need to resolve an issue, I can't speak to anyone on the school phone, even though it's the correct opening hours. Either this phone is wrong or there are no people to answer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente informamos lamentar a sua postura de querer desacreditar e colocar em dúvidas a terceiros nossos trabalhos, mas temos a certeza de que sua opinião é bem particular e não reflete a realidade.
Como o Senhor bem sabe, seu caso está sendo acompanhado pelo departamento jurídico do colégio, devido a recusa em receber o referido valor.
Cumpre-nos informá-lo que já foi proposto a devolução dos valores através de processo judicial, cujas as informações já foram passadas em Vosso e-mail particular.
Tentamos por diversas vezes regularizar o mal entendido, no entanto Vossa Senhoria insiste em denegrir a imagem do Colégio, e talvez não seja o caminho mais sábio para colocarmos termo neste cenário.
Para deixar claro e sem nenhuma dúvida o Colégio não está sob a posse da devolução de vosso dinheiro.
Esse dinheiro foi depositado em contado judicial, aguardando Vossa Senhoria após a intimação Judicial ir retirar.
Esse procedimento chama-se Consignação em Pagamento.
Assim deixamos patente que o Colégio é uma Instituição seríssima, e jamais tem o condão de causar prejuízo ou problemas a ninguém.
Por outro lado, quanto a sua exposição abaixo, será apresentado ao Departamento Jurídico deste Colégio para tomar providências que forem pertinente:
