It's almost impossible to get in touch with someone to get information, and when you get the service and it's terrible with rudeness, the phone seems to have a defect because they can never hear what we say, I think they need to know first to educate themselves to want education to someone.

The course is totally disrespectful to the students' problems, all the students in my class that was supposed to have concluded in September 2020 nobody is even interning, we look for solutions and they ask for time and never solve it. Financial lousy service does not solve anything too, we are off! Excellent teachers, is what saves the course. But if you have any problems with administration they don't solve it.

The course has a good proposal, but unfortunately it fails in attendance. It is worth mentioning that the error is already part of the management, where the principal treats students with disregard, and even offends on account of uniforms. A pity for a school so big and so talked about. I hope you fix it.

This school is absurd the rooms are tiny without air and still join two and three classes in the same room in the courses in the health area and during the pandemic the employees of the secretariat should not have high school they work on the basis of debauchery and rudeness to every student that shows up there is horrible. And there's still plenty of teacher picking up and leaving the school's student pregnant

since 2020 in the course, and no internship, since the course is 1 and 6 months.. and I had to stay on top to intern at the hosp., terrible, I don't recommend it!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! I rated it on insta and they blocked me.

DO NOT ENROLL IN SANTOS MAIA ➖ Structure: The course does not have any structure, air conditioning does not work. O The fundamentals "lab" is simply too small and lacks materials for the student to learn the practical part (legged puppet, broken parts, etc.). ➖ Secretariat , direction and coordination : The service at the secretariat is terrible , employees are extremely rude and do not know how to inform anything . They always treat the student with indifference and even make fun of when the student is going to question something. The direction and coordination follow the same , extremely rude and unfriendly , whenever a student asks to speak to someone above , they always say they are not at school , are traveling , are in a meeting or have not arrived yet . The student is unable to solve the problem. ➖ Internship sector: Terrible sector, as employees never know how to inform anything. They lose internship subscriptions, are extremely involved, groups that started after collective health or fundamentals pass ahead of the groups that are already waiting. They never solve the problem, they just make excuses and the problem is never solved. ➖ Communication : They never answer the phone , let them change until they die , they never answer whatsapp , and the service at the secretariat is always rude and when you need to clear any doubts or questions , there is simply no way to get in touch with the school / course . If the student is complaining on a social network, trying to make contact with someone from the office is blocked at the time. That is why there is no negative feedback about the course, as they delete the comments and block the student (but the only means of complaint that the course cannot delete is the evaluation by Google and Complain Here). ➖ Charge: Absolutely everything is charged but it is always good to take a photo as proof of something the student has paid out . The school also tries to harm the student in the matter of completing the subjects , where it is said by the internship sector and by the secretariat that if the student does not lock the enrollment after finishing the subjects , the student will be required to pay a monthly fee as if he were studying , even if everything is over , keep an eye on it , do not lock it , because in most cases , hospital and post internships are missing , which means that the student has not yet finished his contract with the school . ➖ Teachers: Teachers are wonderful. They are the only good part. ➖ Internship: The internship process is completely messed up, since the sector that takes care of the student's documentation, loses signature, gets involved and ends up passing a new class in front of the old one. There are students waiting 2 years to intern at the post and they never actually go. The principal rebutted the criticisms made and asked that since the school is so bad , because the student did not look for another institution to take the technician , but she forgets that the student has already spent money on the tuition fee , books , coat and blouse that are extremely expensive and the course owes the internship , so in this case , the student just does not look for another institution because he has already invested time and money in Santos Maia and in general , only the internship is needed for terminate the contract with the college. The principal cannot explain why an entire class went to the internship and only 1 person was left behind, she cannot explain the delays in the internship and invents excuses that simply do not make any sense. It does not know how to admit that the institution does not have the structure to deal with so many students and they keep accepting new classes even with several old classes with overdue internships. And when the student finally decides that it is better to bring to justice since neither the school nor the principal solve anything, the student is treated rudely and hears the following sentences: " That , it really puts it in justice " , " you can put it " . Anyway, the college/technical course is terrible, lacking infrastructure, unprepared employees and hospital and post completely late internships, even passing the time provided for in the contract.

Terrible school, terrible structure, professionals who work don't know how to attend with education, they are poor people who depend on that salary to survive and still don't do it right, and prehistoric students pay with meat since today everything is computerized .. poorly educated director . Not even mentioning the content .. if the student is late and embarrassed and forbidden to attend classes, this school should close ..

I graduated in 2017 and it was a wonderful experience where I had contact with qualified, attentive and super receptive teachers to answer any questions, from the teachers who taught me to those from other classes. My internship was also supervised by wonderful professionals who coached me through to completion. I only have gratitude for the professionals I had contact with and who I keep with great affection in my heart. Miss my dear Leila, Rafa, Monique; Olga, VANESSA and CRISTINA (internship supervisors), and dear prof. Wilson who didn't teach me but was always very nice to me. I hope the institution is as receptive to professionalism now as the time I spent, so that everyone sees CSM as I saw it and I took the conclusion to finish the course there because of the great image it had and professionalism as a whole.
