Entramos na loja os funcionários ficaram seguindo agente como se nós fosse roubar alguma coisa da loja ?
No corredor dos copos a criança derrubo um pacote de copo sem querer
Chegando no caixa queria forçar nós pagar os copos sendo que não foi por intenção da criança
Fora que os clientes que estava na loja ficaram tudo olhando achando q nós tinha roubado algo
Olha no artigo da lei do consumidor ?
Ou seja, caso o consumidor quebre algum produto sem querer, o responsável pelo estabelecimento comercial não pode obrigá-lo a compensar o prejuízo, pois senão estará adotando uma prática coercitiva, desleal e abusiva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá pela primeira vez e ainda por indicação pq não sou de Itamarajú mais infelizmente eu e minha família foi muito constrangido por motivo de serem seguindo o tempo todo, só não entendi o motivo pq a única pessoa q tava com bolsa era eu e mal cabe o celular e a carteira,
Mais enfim pra as pessoas que estão defendendo está postagem e pq não foi com vcs ? ,pq de 2 copos simples eles perderam de vender quase 200 reais, antes de elogia si coloca em nosso lugar .
E essa foi a primeira e última vez que fui lá ,pq queria força paga os copos q caiu sem intenção de plástico ainda essa minha reclamação e pelos funcionários nada ver com preço de loja, mais os copos eu paguei quase 10 reais em 2 copos acrílico pq queria q pagasse todo o pacote essa foi nossa revolta entende.

This is still my complaint and by the employees, I have nothing to do with the store price, but for the cups I paid almost 10 reais for 2 acrylic cups. because I wanted to pay for the whole package that was our revolt, you see.
