Além de possuir climatização, o local dispõe de uma agradável paisagem, pois, além do salão para festas, há também uma piscina e belas plantas (não sei se são artificiais). Apesar de não disponibilizar uma área para estacionamento de veículos , acredito que o Colonial Recepções é um lugar ideal para aniversários e festas formais.
Spacious and cozy environment. In addition to having air conditioning, the place has a pleasant landscape, as, in addition to the ballroom, there is also a swimming pool and beautiful plants (I don't know if they are artificial). Despite not having an area for car parking, I believe that Colonial Receptions is an ideal place for birthdays and formal parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é bem localizado, amplo e climatizado. Possui piscina dentro do salão que torna um ambiente atraente para comemorações nos fins de semana em família e amigos. Possui banheiros em pontos distintos da casa e bom aproveitamento do espaço para facilitar a logística na festa. Não possui estacionamento próprio.
The space is well located, large and air conditioned. It features a pool inside the lounge which makes it an attractive setting for weekend celebrations with family and friends. It has bathrooms in different points of the house and good use of space to facilitate logistics at the party. It does not have its own parking.
