Revendo o caso com paciência, conversando com o gerente da loja, conseguimos encontrar solução para o conserto do aparelho. Diante do exposto, recomendo com muito apreço o atendimento que me foi dispensado pelo gerente, a loja e o compromisso da equipe com a satisfação de seus clientes. Obrigado e continuem assim. TMJ.
Recently (11/05/2022) I took a Samsung 20'' monitor that I had taken for budget. Initially I was told that it was not worth the repair. The work order number was 28451. Reviewing the case patiently, talking to the store manager, we managed to find a solution for the repair of the device.
