Não recomendo, de maneira alguma, o salão. Há uns 9 meses atrás tentei marcar horário com a profissional Nubia. Segundo informações do salão, o horário e atendimento dela é das 14h às 20h. Como trabalho e não consigo ir no meio da tarde, marquei no final do dia. Por CINCO VEZES SEGUIDAS o salão sempre me contatava no mesmo dia do agendamento dizendo que a profissional não poderia atender pois precisaria ir buscar o filho na escola, sendo que eu sempre agendei com mais de uma semana de antecedência. Teve um dia, inclusive, que eu já estava a caminho do salão. Isso é uma falta de profissionalismo sem fim. Se a profissional não pode atender neste horário, não deixem a agenda dela aberta!!! O salão precisa pensar em seus clientes, que também tem uma agenda apertada e se programam com antecedência para atender ao compromisso assumido. COMO SE NÃO BASTASSE, após 9 meses do ocorrido tentei dar mais uma chance ao salão. Para não correr o risco de ter o mesmo problema, liguei com duas semanas de antecedência para agendar para o feriado do dia 15 de novembro, que o salão me disse que estariam aberto. Hoje, dia 12, entraram em contato comigo e ADIVINHEM? Cancelaram o agendamento pois a profissional não irá mais atender no dia. NÃO RECOMENDO, DE MANEIRA ALGUMA, ESTE SALÃO.

The salon needs to think about its customers, who also have a tight schedule and schedule in advance to meet the commitment made. As if not enough, after 9 months of what happened I tried to give the salon one more chance. In order not to risk the same problem, I called two weeks in advance to schedule the November 15 holiday, which the salon told me would be open. Today, the 12th, they contacted me and guess what? Canceled the appointment because the professional will no longer answer on the day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HALL IN ANY WAY.
