★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado dia 06/04 comprei um vestido lindo para o aniversário de um ano da minha afilhada, perguntei a menina se ficasse pequeno poderia trocar.ela imediatamente disse que sim.que lá tem a fábrica e eles fariam sim outro .então fiquei tranquila,encomendei as coisas da festa em cima do tom do vestido, hoje pra minha surpresa falaram que não tinha ,e nem tinha previsão nem.sabia se aquele modelo seria feito + ,me chamaram de mentirosa,foram debochadas, que nunca falaram isso.infelizmente peguei outro vestido,+ não volto lá, não indico pra ninguém.

Vendedoras atenciosas, conhecem bem o produto que vende.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima minha experiência com este lugar! Sempre achei a loja linda e de produtos de qualidade. Pensava quando engravidar vou comprar meu enxoval todo lá. Até que engravidei e fui lá. Comprei dois kits de toquinha, luvas e sapatinhos(rosa e vermelho) e um cobertor. Pois bem, no caminho pra casa percebi que um dos kits (vermelho) faltou as luvinhas. Com certeza, algum erro do fabricante! Liguei pra loja pra notificar e ver a troca. Desde então o que era simples se tornou um grande contrangimento pra mim. Pois uma atendente ( acho que Fernanda o nome da pessoa) passou a me indagar e me insultar dando a entender pra qualque pessoa que eu estaria mentindo em relaçao ao kit ñ ter ido com as luvinhas. Francamente! Totalmente decepcionada e ofendida eu fiquei. Até que apareceu um senhor profissinal e resolveu. Mas esta moça denigre totalmente a imagem da loja! Assim comi tentou denegrir a minha.Uma cínica, sem nenhuma noção de atendimento!
Terrible my experience with this place! I always found the store beautiful and of quality products. I thought when I got pregnant I would buy my trousseau all over there. Until I got pregnant and went there. I bought two tokine kits, gloves and slippers (pink and red) and a blanket. Well, on the way home I noticed that one of the kits (red) lacked the luvinhas. Certainly, some manufacturer error! I called the store to notify and see the exchange. Since then what was simple became a great contradiction to me. Because an attendant (I think Fernanda the name of the person) began to ask me and insult me implying for any person that I would be lying about the kit ñ have gone with the gloves. Quite frankly! Totally disappointed and offended I stayed. Until a professional lord appeared and resolved. But this girl totally denigrates the image of the store! So I tried to denigrate mine. A cynic, with no sense of service!
